Is Barack Hussein Obama an illegal alien?

Due to the fact that there are numerous wild accusations flying about (from both parties) during this Presidential Campaign we must be extremely diligent in sorting through the rubbish to find the facts.

I have been reading and hearing about a crackpot attorney filing suit in federal court claiming Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen and therefore not legally qualified to be President of the United States for quite sometime now. I have been curious about this allegation as I am sure most people have been, however I dismissed it as ‘probably another internet hoax to scare people.

Today Saturday the 25^th of October 2008, I got a chill down my spine as the proof and realization of this Law Suit and its validity glared before my eyes.

Here is the proof from an AP News Article dated Oct. 25^th, 08:

”PHILADELPHIA—A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's qualifications to be president.

U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick on Friday night rejected the suit by attorney Philip J. Berg, who alleged that Obama was not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible for the presidency. Berg claimed that Obama is either a citizen of his father's native Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia after he moved there as a boy.

Obama was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan father. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man.

Internet-fueled conspiracy theories question whether Obama is a "natural-born citizen" as required by the Constitution for a presidential candidate and whether he lost his citizenship while living abroad.

Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was "too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."

This AP News Article not only proves that a suit was filed and proves that the Defendant (Barack Hussein Obama) had to have filed for a motion of dismissal to the federal court (because that is the ONLY way that the court can dismiss), it also shows that the Plaintiff (Philip J. Berg) had sufficient evidence to validate his accusations.

Had Berg not had sufficient evidence, then the ruling for dismissal would have been based on that ground. It was not! It was in fact based on “any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was "too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters."”

In other words a Federal Judge who is sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution deemed that the U.S. Constitutional requirement to be a natural born citizen of this nation was not as important as the will of the Liberal voters whom had voted for Barack Hussein Obama!

The allegations in the suit claim that Barack Hussein Obama was born of a father who is a Kenyan citizen and a white mother who was a U.S. citizen, In Kenya! The suit then alleges that the mother flew her child (Barack Hussein Obama) to Hawaii AFTER his birth in Kenya.

If these allegations are true then Barack Hussein Obama IS NOT a natural born citizen of the United States and does not meet the U.S. Constitutional requirements to be President of the United States. For that matter unless he became a naturalized citizen, he would not even be a legal citizen of the United States, and would have sit on the seat of the Senate fraudulently.

Why is a judge of a Federal Court preventing the public from knowing the truth of this most important issue? Why is the defendant (Barack Hussein Obama) filing for a motion to dismiss this suit, instead of simply providing the certified copy of the Vault Birth Certificate as requested?

Who is this Philip J. Berg that filed the suit? He is the former assistant Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is licensed to practice law through out the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and he is licensed to argue before the United States Supreme Court. He has been a 30-year member of the Democratic Party. Does that sound like a crackpot to you?

Do we want a foreign national who has positively been connected to terrorists, self proclaimed Marxist Communists, and twenty years within a Black Supremist church that spews forth hatred and violence towards whites and advocates the destruction of the white society system as the President of the United States? Do we really want to dissolve the power of the U.S. Constitution?
